I am having a really emergry question that I need help on.

My Husband was a F1 international student and his F1 service had stopped by his school, but his Visa( China) was expires on July, 2009. Couple months ago, he and I gets married and he is ready for file the green card. But his grandfather is very sick now and he have to go back immedately; however, he didn't file anything at this time. If he having a emergry that need to go back on June , what he can do now? And is he able to come back to US?

Hey folks who signed up for advocacy days: I am so proud of you! You signed up for the good of all of us. I heard some of you are not confirming your participation. This cannot be an option at this point!
After all the effort IV has put in in securing the appointments, I, V, We all are counting on you. You had the best intentions when you signed up and we appreciate that, now we need you to finish grad school without being a drop out.
Many hundreds of hours have gone into organizing this event and not having folks at a meeting that has been confirmed is bad PR for IV and disappointing, sad and frustrating for the people who have been working tirelessly. Can't have it, can't tolerate it. You guys must follow through on your commitment!!!!
PM me if you have some pressing issue and maybe we can muster up some help to pull you through..

I don't meant to scare you but this shit usually happens when they are reconsidering the decision when the sponsoring employer withdraws your H-1B. Check with your company's/lawyer if they accidentally submitted withdrawal of your H-1B petition.

i am in a small problem and it would be great if someone could help me out.
i came in us on f1 visa in jan2008 and i completed my mba in dec 2010. my opt expired on 31st march 2010. but before my SEVIS could expire i transfered my SEVIES to new college for summer term. now my visa is for 5 years ending on jan 2013. i know as long as i stay in US i am maintaining my status. but now i need to go home for few days. So how is it going to wrok for me? Do i need to go for new visa stamping or can i come back on same visa ? if i need to get new visa can i get it done in US before going home ? What are my option and what are my chances of coming back?

Hi all,
I filled I-485 in 2007. Now I am waiting on the status adjustment and I have a quick question about job changes.
A starting-up company with only 2 employees has got a contract outside U.S.. They need to hire somebody to work for them outside U.S. for 1 year maybe longer. I happen to be their best candidate. My question is whether a small company like this one is able to sponsor me to get my GC. Does USCIS have minimum requirements for a company which can sponsor employees' GC application? For instance, a company must have at least 30 employees or over $3 million revenue. I really want this opportunity. But I don't want to ruin my GC application.
I greatly appreciate your time and your answers.

1. Does it really matter what date the 485 application was filed, if it was filed within the specified time-period ?
I mean, will it matter if someone applied for 485 on July 30th or August 17th, other than trying for an EAD and AP earlier ?
2. Is there a benefit of applying early in the timeframe, in getting an approved 485 ?
Please respond at your convenience.

I went to local USCIS office to expedite my EAD. I got an email from USCIS

Please fax a letter from your employer to the following number XXX-XXX-XXXX. Please include this notice with your fax......
Do I have to send employment verification letter or something else?
