Filed I 485 mid June. I'm in the same boat as you, did not get receipt date. I hope they do not send the application back... I was wondering if the July bulletin affects those who filed I 485 in June.

While travelling on Advance Parole, which job title should I mention to the immigration officer. The Job Titile is different on H1-B and Permanent Residency application. Thanks.

Okay anyways, here is my entry. I drew this from a picture that was taken of me (left obviously) and my cousin in Disney World last June.
I'll scan it once I get my printer/scanner/cappuccino-maker all set up (just moved into a new place). I'll also scan the original photo so you can compare.
Anyways, I thought it turned out well, although I kind of look like a zombie and all my fingers look sort of broken. :lol:

There have been some reports on the internet that people received EAD card with AP on it. According to the AILA, the USCIS issued such card in error. The EAD will be valid but AP note on the card is invalid. The USCIS advises them to contact the agency for instructions to obtain replacement card. Isn't there a saying that when one gets something which is too hard to believe to be true, then it is not true. Single EAD/AP card will not be issued until they announce such in the future!

I have a 4 year Indian Bachelor degree and 5 years of IT experience.
Of my 5 year experience
4 years is for My Company (India) Ltd
1 year is for My Company (US) Ltd.
Will my total experience be treated as progressive and can I process in EB2 category?
Kindly answer my query? Thanks in advance.
BTW Current Employment will not be counted.

My parents are planning to apply for visitor visa. My aunt (dad's sister) has applied a immigrant petition for him about 4 years back and it is still in process. If my dad applies for a visitor visa which is non-immigrant intent, will he face any issues with issuance of visitor visa ?

Is it possible to request to expedite EAD processing?
My EAD I765 application was done along with I485.
I was on H4 visa and doing my Masters. I got interviewed with a company and they offered me a full-time job. For work-permit, I decided to move to F1 visa and utilize CPT/OPT. In the mean time my spouse GC PD became current and I had to withdraw the H4 to F1 change of status application to file for AOS/EAD/AP.
The EAD seems will take quite some time and I am not sure my employer would like to wait that long. So can I request to expedite my EAD processing ? It has NOT been 90 days and I have the receipt notices of my AOS/EAD/AP application.
Any experiences ..any advice ?:confused:

If you have been stuck for 3 years in name check then think about WOM.
