Is there any specific statute/provision that forces/restricts USCIS to count dependents towards Employments Based Visa numbers, when they (dependent) file AOS based on Primary's approved EB case?

This is commendable and also an interesting development because it means that the pro-immigration community is essentially saying that it is necessary to allow one group to receive an important immigration benefit out of lockstep with comprehensive immigration reform. TSC has cleared my EAD in 10 days. Applied on 27th of March 2009 and got 'Card Production Ordered' message on 9th of April 2009

The D40 requires an AF-S lens as far as I know, I have never actually used one. I know it will work wit the D70. I recommend trying it out before buying it if that is possible. It works on the D70 by setting everything to manual. Good luck
