All,
Is LUD mandetory after finger printing? I applied for EAD for my wife and me on 5/21. Sent supporting docs and had LUD on 5/23. Went for finger printing on 6/10 but no LUD so far. I am concerned if the finger printing center sent the data to USCIS or not. Our EAD expired 7/30 so I am concerned.

I agree with OP that we should know what's going on. But at the same time there is nothing called free lunch in this world. I suppose some guys in this forum have lot of time and energy to vent it out on each other. We won't achieve anything with all this fighting... but seems we are best in altercating with each other. Hi Nat,
I think it comes from Federal DOL. If your annual salary is below the salary DOL considers minimum then getting the "prevailing wagge info" from DOL helps to make sure your labor is not denied on basis of salary. If your salary is well above DOL's minimum wage then it not a must document.
I say this from what I remeber and my email trace shows me. But keep in mind for me this happened 6 years back so things might have changed.
I dont know how much of of those 6 months FDBL took and how much DOL.
However it makes sense to ask FDBL to keep yor other applications/ documents ready so when they hear back from DOL, your application is filed within a week or so. Ask them to give you list of all documents (birth date cert, university mark lists , referal letters etc that they will need in order to file your labor and 485 ) Sometimes coming up with those doecuments also takes a lot of time. May be you can get them ready while DOL responds.
I had been shy and did not follow through with them becuase I didnt want to be "pushy".
But I learned my lesson in GC that you muust followup on your application not by being "pushy" but politely and persistantly.
Having good relationship with your HR/ legal and manager is very crucial. As FDBL responds well to such authority figures.

I am working with a consulting comp since 6 months. Now, I got a permenant offer from other comp and they have applied for transfer ( i have fedex receipt).
Now, I have a employment agreement with my company A which says I need to work with them for 12 months or need to pay 9500$. I can give 2 weeks of notice along with this. Contract is not on there letterhead but It has stamp with there address ( no company name on stamp). Contract says there name. Also signed is done by a marketing person of that comp.
Is that valid contract? Can they ask me to pay 9500$ or sue me on that basis?
Please reply me urgently as I need to decide what to do.

Dude, I have to tell you the same, do not give misleading information. you need to have a full time position for H1B. there is a minimum number of hours per week that you specify on your Labor condition. 2 part time doesn't cut it. As I have mentioned before, you may have multiple sponsors but one of the sponsors should be primary and you work full time with him or the minimum number of hours per week as per LC. other one could be part time. But there needs to be 2 separate independent I-129's filed by both employers for you to do this.

Each site is organized differently and may not have all martin luther king quotes, for example.
I could not find a good search criteria for these sites. A minor change will result in a new set of sites.
The quotes have a had a profound permanent effect on me. Most of the times the effect completes one week after I have posted the quote although I always think that I understood it when I posted it.
